You can still shop with us before signing up. But as a member, you can track your previous records of order and got discount and promotion codes.

Forget Passwords

If after this you still can’t sign in, contact our Customer Care Team giving as much detail as you can about the issue including screen shots of any error message you get and what you’ve done so far to try to resolve it.

You can change your details at any time using ‘My Account’ on the page. Once you’re logged in you can change your:

• Email Address
• Delivery Address
• Track Your Orders

If you purchase an item with engraving service, it needs 3 work days for laser carving.


*Local customers
It takes around 3 days island wide, and 7 to 10 days for offshore islands.


*International customers
We send internationally via air parcel. It takes around 7 to 14 days for post arrival. When you shop on our website, we’ll send you an email to confirm your order and advise total cost of products and shipping. Please note if the payment wasn’t received in 10 days, your order will be cancelled.

Please be aware that any charges on tax and customs on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Please contact your custom office before shopping.

 

Shop as a gift
You can shop and we will send your gift to your friends worldwide. Make sure to enter the receiver and delivery address correctly. You will be charged for re-sending fee if the parcel is returned for wrong address.

We accept Paypal as international payment.

Customers in Taiwan can send money to our bank account through ATM.

Customers in Taiwan can pay via ATM or online bank transfers.  To speed the delivery process, please email us details including the last 4 number of bank receipt, order number and your contact information. Or send a message -> Artifex

For international customer, we will send you an email about: Product fee Shipping cost Our Paypal account Please log in your Paypal account for the payment. If we do not receive your payment within 10 days, we will cancel your order. You have to order again.

*Orders can only be modified or cancelled if your order has not been shipped.

 

*You can return or exchange new, unopened items within 10-day of delivery. Post the address sticker on the package and return the product. You will be refunded after the product was sent to our warehouse. Shipping costs are not refunded as they are a non-recoverable expense.

 

*If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our custom service with a picture and detail description. We’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item.

 

* You need to cover the postage for returns or exchange. We only accept replacement once, another exchange of the same order will not be accepted. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt so that if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it.

 

Incorrect or missing items

We will replace any incorrect or missing item. Please contact us with the details of the problem and we will promptly respond with a solution. We will cover all shipping costs of additional packages for incorrect, or missing items.
